The quickest way to reach me is email: ellie@cruiseports.co. I read everything myself and usually reply within two to three working days. If it has been more than a week, it is worth sending again, the occasional message does end up in a spam folder.
What I Can Help With
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, this is the most useful message you can send. Tell me the page and what has changed, and a source if you have one. Corrections are handled under the Editorial Standards and Corrections Policy.
- A question about a specific port. I cannot always answer quickly, but questions are genuinely useful, they tell me which guides are missing something, and a fair few have turned into new sections.
- Something broken. A dead link, a map that will not load, a page that looks wrong on your phone. Please include the page address and what device you were on.
- Press, partnerships and permissions. Including requests to use text or photographs from the site.
What I Cannot Help With
I am not a travel agent and I have no relationship with any cruise line, so I cannot book anything, change a booking, chase a refund, or intervene on your behalf. For anything to do with your reservation, your cruise line or travel agent is the only place that can actually help.
I also cannot answer reliably on the day you are sailing. Terminal assignments, tender decisions and all-aboard times come from your cruise line’s daily notice and the port authority, and those are the sources to trust when it matters.

There is no team behind the byline, every guide on this site is researched and written by one person, which is also why replies sometimes take a few days.
